Grace & Greens is a free community meal held every Wednesday at 12 pm at Okra Abbey. “Community" is the key word in that description, Grace & Greens is an opportunity for all our neighbors to gather together around a meal and grow deeper in friendship. We begin every meal with a welcome and a blessing which sets the tone for the wide welcome we extend to one another during the meal and anytime we fellowship at the Abbey. By gathering around one long table the walls that often divide us in this diverse neighborhood, begin to fade away as we share stories, prayers, laughter, and delicious food.
