Peas and Love is a ministry of the Okra Abbey that delivers fresh vegetables grown in the garden to home-bound folks in the neighborhood. 

Those who are ablejoin us out in the garden for "Grace and Greens" - our weekly community meal each Wednesday. 

"Peas and Love" helps to include those who are unable to walk the blocks from their home to the Okra Abbey by bringing the nourishment of the Abbey to their homes. 

"Peas and Love" provides variety bag of fresh produce bi-weekly in addition accompanied by a pastoral visit from the servants of the Okra Abbey. 

Those who receive the bags are held in prayer at weekly meals at the Abbey and are in turn encouraged to hold the work and worship of the Abbey in their own prayers.  This way we are all held together by a cloud of witnesses.
